Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and having completed Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India in May, 2008. Praveen has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in finance, law, and consulting.

Praveen's expertise extends to specialized fields, as evidenced by the Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI, obtained in 2011, and his certification as a Registered Valuer in Securities or Financial Assets under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). His academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Law College, Dhanbad, showcasing his robust understanding of financial and legal systems. Currently, Praveen is further enriching his knowledge by pursuing an LL.M. and an MBA in Finance.

In addition to his financial and legal expertise, Praveen is socially very active and deeply committed to community development. He has served as the Secretary of the Terapanth Professional Forum (TPF) - South Howrah, as President of TPF - Kolkata Purvanchal, and is currently serving as Secretary of TPF East Zone - 1. His leadership roles highlight his dedication to fostering professional and social growth within his community.

Praveen is also a qualified Social Auditor, reflecting his commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. With an analytical mind and a passion for continuous learning, he has spent over 12 years deeply exploring the science of Astrology. This dedication led to the successful completion of a degree in Astrology, equipping him with the skills to provide practical and meaningful solutions.
